Location: Blantyre
Salary: 25k - 27k per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews.
- Provide candidates with timely updates on their interview process.
- Manage and support administrative and operational activities for the Talent Acquisition Executive.
Skills & Qualifications Required
S trong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
Experience supporting high-volume or technical recruiting
Experience with ATS systems
