Package and Benefits:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractor maintenance and reactive visits to client sites.
  • Manage and update ECG’s CAFM system, Corrigo.
  • Manage and update client‑driven CAFM systems such as eLogbooks, Maistro.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with client‑driven SLAs and KPIs.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Knowledge and Understanding:

  • Knowledge of CAFM systems such as eLogbooks, Maistro, Concerto.
  • Previous experience in a similar role – coordination of subcontractor work activities.
  • Previous experience/knowledge of the Facilities Management/Building Services industry.
  • Facilities Management Helpdesk experience.
  • Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and via email.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Highly detailed oriented.
  • Excellence in customer services.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced office environment.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising key tasks.
  • Team player – essential to integrate into a close‑knit team.
