The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Company Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive and PPM works
  • Attend Gas/Air Con/Electrical works repairs and PPM
  • Work as part of a mobile team in the North of Scotland

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience

Personal Qualities/Skills:

  • Experience with CAFM system
  • Experience in dealing with customers front facing
  • Experience in submitting quotes and ordering materials
  • Strong background in gas, electrical and air con

Qualifications:

  • Recognised apprenticeship
  • 18th Edition
  • Unvented Hot Water (desired)
