Routine PPM visits & reactive repairs (when required) to electrical services assets (Internal, External & Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards) and carrying out meter readings etc. Weekly sprinkler system bell testing. Daily / Weekly inspections of Plant Rooms, Switchrooms, Roof Areas & Car Parks. Accompanying sub-contractors around site for PPM/reactive works, when instructed to do so. Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders to enhance the professional reputation of ECG, whilst protecting the clients brand. Experience operating in the private FM sector. NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Engineering (or approved equivalent) ~ Testing & Inspection 2391-52 Certification would be beneficial to role.
