Location: Glasgow
Hours: 40 hours per week
Coordinate and schedule inhouse engineering labour visits.
Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and excellent systems awareness.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ambitious and eager to learn quickly.
Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Experience in coordinating engineering teams.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries).
