As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of in-house labour management and helpdesk operations. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, coordinating in-house engineering visits, and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule in-house engineering labour visits.
  • Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
  • Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
  • Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
  • Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively.

Experience

  • Experience in coordinating engineering teams.
  • Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries).
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems.
  • Ability to work to strict SLAs & KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
