We are currently looking for a contracts manager to join our Warrington team on a fulltime basis.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for clients and their representatives.
- Oversee daily operations of assigned contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Communicate effectively across all formats verbal, written, and digital.
- Conduct audits covering documentation, maintenance schedules, health & safety, and financial performance.
- Provide monthly reports covering financials, audits, H&S issues, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments on invoicing, labour control, and subcontractor management.
- Review subcontractor documentation.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for clients.
- Ensure all client communications are professional and aligned with company policies.
- To effectively carry out or delegate the points as discussed and issues raised by the client on a timeous basis and ensure communication of all client issues is passed to the appropriate personnel/departments.
- To set up regular meetings with the client based upon the frequency established in relation to the clients KPI's and/or service levels, client request or Contract expectation.
- To regularly review the profitability of their contracts dependent on contract expected turnover as established by the Commercial Team.
- Manage aged debt by working with clients and internal teams to resolve outstanding payments and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Personal Qualities/Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and profitability.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and auditing practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
