Salary: Upto £42k per annum

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General Electrical and HVAC plant maintenance
- Maintenance / repairs / replacements of lighting / rewires / electrical testing and all general electrical duties and including all other duties including mechanical & plumbing on site.
- Health and safety awareness.
- To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.
- The Electrical Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.
- This post will be based on a Mobile role, covering Predominantly the Glasgow area.
- The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 14 weeks).
Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
- We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and experience in similar Electrical / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
- Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
- Knowledge and experience of all electrical plant including, but not limited to Air Handling Units and their associated controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories)
- Knowledge and experience of BMS control systems.
- Knowledge and experience of all electrical installations, including wiring, testing, issuing written electrical test certification
Qualifications
- Approved Electrical Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement.
- Passed AM2 (English qualification) or SVQ level 3 Electrical qualification with a final trade test being completed.
- Approved Electrician with 18th Edition Accreditation is a minimum requirement.
- Testing & Inspection 2391-52 Certification would be beneficial to role.
