Base pay range
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Routine PPM visits and reactive repairs to electrical services assets (Internal, External and Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards) and carrying out meter readings.
- Weekly sprinkler system bell testing.
- Daily/Weekly inspections of Plant Rooms, Switchrooms, Roof Areas and Car Parks.
- Plant room status and cleanliness checks.
- Accompanying sub‑contractors around site for PPM/reactive works, when instructed to do so.
- Operate a tablet device in conjunction with ECG’s CAFM system ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks are completed time‑together.
- Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders to enhance the professional reputation of ECG, whilst protecting the client’s brand.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations Director, Technical Services Manager, Compliance Team and Security Team.
Skills And Qualifications Required
- Experience operating in the private FM sector.
- Solid understanding of SFG20 service specification.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Self‑starter, able to work on own initiative as a conscientious team player.
- Organised communicator with strong inter‑personal skills.
- High level of verbal, written and numeric skills.
- To be highly flexible in accordance with the challenging demands of a “World‑Class” retail and leisure destination.
- Retail Destination / Shopping Centre experience (desirable).
