Salary: From £38k per annum (salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- General Electrical and HVAC plant maintenance
- Maintenance / repairs / replacements of lighting / rewires / electrical testing and all general electrical duties, including mechanical & plumbing on site
- Health and safety awareness
- Maintain on-site log books, permits & site paperwork, ensuring they are completed and up to date
- Work as part of a mobile team; flexible, team-oriented, and client-focused
- Role based on a mobile position, predominantly covering the Edinburgh area
- Rotating callout rota (approximately 1 in 14 weeks)
Knowledge & Understanding:
- Knowledge of electrical systems and experience in similar Electrical / HVAC / Maintenance Engineer roles
- Facilities Maintenance background and experience in similar environments
- Knowledge of electrical plant including Air Handling Units, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories)
- Knowledge of BMS control systems
- Knowledge and experience of electrical installations, including wiring, testing, and issuing written electrical test certification
Qualifications:
- Approved Electrical Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement
- Passed AM2 or SVQ level 3 Electrical qualification with final trade test completed
- Approved Electrician with 18th Edition Accreditation is a minimum requirement
- Testing & Inspection Certification would be beneficial
