  • Job Responsibilities
  • Provide general support and assistance to the Contract Manager, Contract Management Staff and Operations Manager as required.
  • Assist Contract Managers with various day-to-day contract issues, telephone/email clients and contractors as required.
  • Undertake general administration duties to assist in overall contract operation, including responding to a significant volume of emails (Microsoft Outlook).
  • Deal with client complaints appropriately.
  • Personal Qualities & Skills
  • Excellent telephone manner with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be innovative and solve problems while dealing with a broad range of people.
  • Ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
  • Exercise good time management and prioritise workloads while under pressure.
  • A team worker with a flexible approach, including the ability to request and offer support from other team members as required.
