The Contract Manager’s primary role is to be the first point of contact with their clients in all issues relating to the effective running of the contract. The Contract Manager has responsibility to ensure the day-to-day operation of all aspects of his allocated Contracts are met, in line with the contract terms, his client requirements and expectations and the financial profitability expected by the Company. Providing expertise in technical issues, contractual queries, invoicing, and other related matters is essential.
