Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General plumbing and HVAC plant maintenance
- Maintenance / repairs of unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site.
- Maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork ensuring they are completed and up to date.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Knowledge & Understanding: Knowledge of plumbing systems and over 5 years' experience in a similar plumbing/HVAC/maintenance engineer role.
- Knowledge and experience of all plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.
- Ideal candidates will come from a facilities maintenance background and have worked in a similar environment.
Qualifications: Approved plumbing apprenticeship is a minimum requirement (NVQ 2/3).
