Hours: 40 hours per week

Answer incoming phone calls from clients, accurately record details of requested work and ensure clear communication for follow-up actions.
Log all reactive works on our CAFM System received either by phone or email.
Maintain and update call centre/client databases, logs & reports.
Assist with general office admin duties.
Assist in managing customer feedback and complaints.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
