Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General HVAC plant maintenance
- Maintenance / repairs / replacements of components / AHU, fan coil unit and all general A/C duties, including mechanical & plumbing on site.
- Maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork – ensuring they are up to date.
- Participate in callout rota on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and at least 5 years in a similar HVAC/Maintenance Engineer role.
- Knowledge and experience of all A/C equipment including Air Handling Units, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories) and BMS control systems.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a mobile team; strong teamwork and client focus.
Qualifications
- Approved A/C Apprenticeship with minimum full A/C NVQ Level 2 qualifications and F-Gas certification.
