Package & Benefits:
- Salary: 25k - 27k per annum

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment for engineer and admin roles.
- Create and manage job postings through our ATS.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews.
- Provide candidates with timely updates on their interview process.
- Manage and support administrative and operational activities for the Talent Acquisition Executive.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Desirable:
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Experience supporting high-volume or technical recruiting
- Experience with ATS systems
