Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule in‑house engineering labour visits.
- Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
- Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
- Manage and update CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facilities Management) systems.
- Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Experience in coordinating engineering teams.
- Experience working in a very fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries).
- Knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Ability to work to strict SLAs & KPIs.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
