Location: Birmingham - Static site
Hours: 40 hours per week
Company Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Painting & Decorating
- Tiling
- Keep logbooks up to date
- Changing lamps
- Proactively identifying and reporting faults
- Keeping a PDA up to date through our CAFM system and client
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- A good working knowledge of basic plumbing maintenance.
- A good understanding of tiling and carpentry.
- Must be able to show good handyman skills.
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations regarding maintenance activities.
- Full and clean driving licence (vehicle provided).
Qualifications:
- Evidence of relevant trade training or maintenance-related courses.
