Essential duties & responsibilities

  • Design & installation, after care service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems carrying out the service and maintenance of a multitude of equipment ranging from commercial equipment including cold rooms, ice machines, VRV & VRF Indoor and Outdoor Units, Heat Recovery Units, leak testing systems etc.
  • Maintenance, repairs and all general Air Conditioning duties, including being able to assist with mechanical & plumbing works if required on site.
  • Experience in Air Source Heat Pumps would be desirable and additional training on this can be provided.
  • Health and safety awareness.
  • Knowledge & Understanding
  • Knowledge and experience of all air conditioning and electrical plant including, but not limited to Air Handling Units and their associated controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories)
  • Knowledge and experience of BMS control systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of all air conditioning and HVAC installations, including issuing written compliance paperwork. xgikmsk
