Are you passionate about travel, highly organised, and excited by the idea of helping international groups discover Europe? We are a specialist tour operator working with school, university and adult groups travelling into European destinations, primarily from the USA and Canada, and we are looking for an Operations Executive to join our small, friendly team in Chislehurst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to develop within the travel industry. Full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Put together detailed travel quotes, costings and proposals for school, university and adult groups.
- Create engaging and accurate itineraries tailored to clients' educational or cultural goals.
- Liaise with UK and European suppliers including hotels, coach companies, attractions and restaurants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the USA and Canada, ensuring a smooth experience from initial enquiry to post-tour support.
- Manage booking administration, confirmations, rooming lists and travel documents with meticulous accuracy.
- Problem-solve and think creatively when plans change or special requests arise.
