The ECE Sussex studio is seeking a motivated and ambitious Architectural Technologist to work as part of our Technical team on a range of projects varying in size and complexity. As an Architectural Technologist at ECE, you will have the opportunity to take a pivotal role in leading the delivery on a range of medium to large-scale mixed use and residential projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards. We are seeking an individual with client facing experience in medium to large-scale residential projects, including mixed-use developments.

Essential qualifications and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of qualified experience within the residential sector.
- Minimum ACIAT qualification.
- Extensive technical proficiency acquired across a diverse range of projects, preferably encompassing a value of £5m or more.
- Demonstration of advanced technical detailing abilities, accompanied by an adept understanding of contemporary construction methodologies.
- Exemplification of self-initiative and exceptional communication skills, allowing for autonomous work.
- Comprehensive familiarity with prevailing Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives (including space standards, London Design Guide, etc.).
- Strong Revit competency is essential.
- Proficiency in NBS (Chorus) Specification software is highly beneficial.
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD and general IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Studio
ECE Sussex is a modern, highly sociable studio, just a stone throw from the seafront in West Sussex. The studio is conveniently located within a short walk of Worthing and East Worthing train station and there is free parking within a 15-minute walk. Our Sussex studio is situated on the ground floor and is fully accessible from street level. There are gender-neutral and accessible toilet facilities available on-site.
