We are looking for a Store Manager for our Ecco Tottenham Court Road store!
Competitive salary + 20% OTE Bonus

About you:
- Experience of managing a team in a retail environment
- Commercial and results driven, you will fully understand what drives profit and have a proven track record of growing sales figures and targets.
- You will have experience of recruiting, motivating and developing the right people to create a highly effective and successful team.
- You will be sales focused with keen understanding of what great customer service and retail standards look like
- Have effective communication, time management, planning and organisational skills
