ECCO is hiring a Retail Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team. This is a hybrid position based in London, supporting all our stores across the UK. The role involves a mix of reporting, operational coordination, and project support, with a focus on improving consistency, efficiency, and retail performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyse sales reports (Power BI, Excel) to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate store operations including maintenance, vendor support, stocktake schedules, and invoice approvals
- Support retail campaigns, store openings/closures, and communication planning
- Organise team meetings, manage project timelines, and follow up on key actions
- Provide admin and strategic support to the Retail Manager
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Product Teams
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret data
- High proficiency in Excel, (Power BI & SharePoint experience is a plus)
- Experience in retail coordination, retail operations, or a similar support role
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Hybrid working (3 days onsite)
