Job Overview: ECCO is hiring a Retail Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team. This is a hybrid position based in London , supporting all our stores across the UK. The role involves a mix of reporting, operational coordination, and project support, with a focus on improving consistency, efficiency, and retail performance. Prepare and analyse sales reports (Power BI, Excel) to identify trends and opportunities Coordinate store operations including maintenance, vendor support, stocktake schedules, and invoice approvals Support retail campaigns, store openings/closures, and communication planning Organise team meetings, manage project timelines, and follow up on key actions Provide admin and strategic support to the Retail Manager Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret data High proficiency in Excel, (Power BI & SharePoint experience is a plus) Experience in retail coordination, retail operations, or a similar support role Hybrid working (3 days onsite) Staff discount on ECCO products Some travel required If you\’re a commercially minded, detail-driven professional with a passion for retail operations and cross-functional collaboration, this is your opportunity to take the next step in a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment.
