Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager with a background in customer-focused retail. You’ll bring enthusiasm for creating outstanding customer experiences, driving store performance, and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere for both customers and your team. With a proactive, hands-on approach, you’ll be confident stepping into the lead and won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves when needed.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to inspire and support your team based in our Covent Garden store.

You’ll help shape an exceptional customer journey, boost sales, oversee daily operations, and develop your team to reach their full potential. On the shop floor, you’ll lead by example, living ECCO’s values and setting a high standard of excellence.

Key Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A proven ability to meet sales targets and drive team performance.
  • Strong background in leading, developing, and motivating a team to deliver results.
  • Confident in problem-solving and supporting day-to-day store operations.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
