The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Engineer to join our team, playing a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across New Product Development, Custom Solutions, Buyout items, and Supply Chain initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional and global teams, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys balancing technical detail with project management, and takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to driving projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation through launch.
  • Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, resource needs, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with Engineering and key stakeholders.
  • Track and manage project tasks and engineering deliverables using Jira.
  • Execute projects in alignment with the company’s phase-gate process.
  • Document and archive project deliverables according to standards.
