Opportunity: Operational Buyer Reporting into the Supply Chain Planning Manager EMEA, you will be an integral part of the tight-knit Supply Chain team with full accountability for operational and administrative duties.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our supply chain operations and ensuring efficiency within our processes.

You will build great relationships with internal and external customers and play a big part in ensuring great quality goods are purchased in the right quantities, at the right time and at a great price.

You will be a confident user of Excel and comfortable getting to grips with ESG systems.

You will be a confident, detail-oriented and organised individual, with a drive to succeed, even when the pressure is on!

Key Responsibilities Order placement (for low level spend) using ESG systems.

Updating all purchase order due dates accurately and in a timely manner.

Checking inbound freight invoices values against quotes, ensuring paperwork is all correct and archived appropriately.

General administrative duties.

Producing / assisting with weekly/monthly reports, e. g. availability report, cost saving tracker, inventory projection, forecasting etc.

General chasing / follow up on any non-conformances with suppliers.

Communicating with suppliers using a range of methods including face-to-face, email, telephone, Zoom etc.

Building great relationships with internal and external customers.

Maintaining accurate electronic files for each supplier and create part numbers accordingly.
