The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and commercially aware Graphic Designer to join our developing marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering visual communications across multiple brands and markets. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work on digital campaigns, exhibitions, websites, printed materials, and internal communications. You will thrive in this role if you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident collaborating with colleagues at all levels. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, take ownership of your creative output, and contribute to innovative design-led marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence across the EMEA region.

Expectations & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a proactive and creative Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand B2B environment. You will combine strong design skills with commercial awareness to help grow and strengthen our visual identity across Europe. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design engaging visual content for brochures, press releases, websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital platforms across ECCO, LED Autolamps, Code 3, and Durite.
  • Support marketing and advertising campaigns, including exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities across the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and wider business to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all communications.
  • Contribute to campaign planning by supporting market research, analysis, and concept development.
  • Write and edit copy for marketing materials where required, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and industry bodies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to marketing reporting and insights.
  • Stay up to date with design, digital, and industry trends to ensure a competitive and modern brand presence.

Employee Profile

You will be an experienced and motivated Graphic Designer with the creativity, organisation, and commercial mindset needed to succeed in a results-driven marketing environment. Key attributes and experience include:

  • Degree-level education, ideally in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a practical, commercially focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Additional language skills (French or German) are advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license required.
