We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director to lead and expand our diversified platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the firm's corporate finance strategy, executing high-quality mandates, and managing senior-level client relationships. This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility for the growth and direction of the platform, offering the opportunity to work closely with the firm's partners, investors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the firm's market strategy in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Execution of mandates across buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory.
- Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and intermediaries.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, ensuring the highest standards of execution and professionalism.
