What You'll Be Doing:
- CRM Reporting & Insights – Assist in producing reporting, dashboards and insights to track broker engagement and behaviour, campaign activity and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales and Distribution Enablement – Drive the delivery and upkeep of sales enablement tools, content and platforms while serving as the primary contact for Broker Distribution support.
- Best Practice Development & Training – Support delivery of best practice training and onboarding to ensure the sales and underwriting teams are equipped with the appropriate capabilities.
- Strategic Relationship Support – Provide operational support to strategic relationships, including pack production, performance analysis and tender support.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and a range of interpersonal skills.
- Commercial understanding and awareness.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
