About the Role

Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is looking for a Distribution Support Executive to join our Gloucester office.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Reporting & Insights - Assist in producing reporting, dashboards, and insights to track broker engagement and behaviour, campaign activity and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sales and Distribution Enablement - Drive the delivery and upkeep of sales enablement tools, content, and platforms while serving as the primary contact for Broker Distribution support.
  • Best Practice Development & Training - Support delivery of best practice training and onboarding to ensure the sales and underwriting teams are equipped with the appropriate capabilities.
  • Strategic Relationship Support - Provide operational support to Strategic relationships, including pack production, performance analysis and tender support.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and numerous skills.
  • Commercial understanding and awareness.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems.
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience.
