About the role

Lansdown Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Commercial Account Executive (Property) to join our Cheltenham office. The role holder will deliver exceptional client service acting as part of the Commercial Sales Team, supporting Lansdown's "right first time" approach to customer service. Key responsibilities

  • Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
  • Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell business within own authority and in line with Lansdown's strategy
  • Plan, prioritise and manage individual own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Use the appropriate method of communication to support Lansdown's right first-time approach in order to maintain successful Internal and External relationships
  • Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business
  • To service existing Lansdown clients – Commercial and Residential Property
  • To assist in the growth of Lansdown - New Business and Renewals
  • To achieve set targets agreed upon
  • Any other duties required from time to time
  • Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements
  • Be professional when representing the Company at external events e.g. conferences or client visits (if required)
  • Maintain and develop own technical competence
  • Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required
