We believe that student wellbeing is central to achievement and, following our recent success as AoC Beacon Award winners, we are looking for a passionate #WELLSTUDENT Coach to join our dynamic team.
As a #WELLSTUDENT Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learner experience and improving achievement across the college. You will be proactive and maintain a visible presence on campus, providing practical support, innovative enrichment activities, delivering tutorial and early identification of safeguarding and welfare concerns.
The successful candidates will be forward thinking, energetic and passionate about student wellbeing and success and will be ready to champion and promote student voice to shape and develop the student experience and #WELLSTUDENT strategy. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and are ready to take a hands-on role in making a real difference in the college community and the lives of young people, we would like to hear from you.
