We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Working with an International team, this is an on-site role based in London (Soho), where you will manage financial transactions, oversee budgeting and forecasting, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with local regulations for our entities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, analyzing financial data for strategic decision-making, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and the preparation of financial statements
- Ability to work across different country organisations
- Ideally experience with transfer pricing
- Proficiency with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage reconciliations, general ledger entries, and month-end closing processes
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required
