Als Guest Service Host ben jij hét visitekaartje van ECC Leiden.

Jij verwelkomt onze gasten met een glimlach en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich vanaf het eerste moment thuis voelen.

Met jouw persoonlijke aandacht geef je gasten het echte WOW gevoel.

Een goede eerste indruk is tenslotte bepalend voor het verdere verloop van een vergadering, congres of evenement.

Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie van 1 september 2026 tot 1 april 2027 voor 30 uur per week.

  • Je ontvangt, informeert en begeleidt onze gasten, zodat zij zich direct welkom voelen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de vergaderruimtes en faciliteiten tiptop in orde zijn.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het klaarmaken van zaalopstellingen en de catering.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen, neemt telefoontjes aan en verzorgt de interne post.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op onverwachte situaties en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je beheert het parkeerbeleid van ons eigen parkeerterrein.
  • Je draagt bij aan de representatieve en gastvrije uitstraling van ECC Leiden.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het beantwoorden van reserveringsaanvragen.
  • Je bent representatief, enthousiast en gastvrij en hebt een flexibele instelling.
  • Je bent beschikbaar van 1 september 2026 tot 1 april 2027 voor 30 uur per week.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en vindt het leuk om breed binnen het team te worden ingezet.
