About the Role:
Are you a skilled CSA Engineer with experience or interest in mission-critical infrastructure? We're working with leading contractors and consultants in the UK Data Centre sector to deliver major construction and fit-out projects across the region. We're now hiring a Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Engineer to support the design coordination, structural oversight, and delivery of complex high-value data centre builds.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural works from design through to construction on live data centre projects.
- Liaise with design consultants, main contractors, and client teams to ensure project specifications and delivery milestones are achieved.
- Conduct reviews of drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Attend site meetings, manage subcontractor interfaces, and support QA/QC activities.
- Coordinate with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure full design integration across the build.
- Provide input to change control processes and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or similar.
- Experience working within complex or large-scale construction environments (Data Centres, Pharma, Healthcare, Industrial, etc.).
- Familiarity with structural codes, design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and BIM coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and installation practices.
- Right to work in the UK.
