I am working with a Top US Firm in London who are looking to hire a 1-3 PQE structured finance associate for their London team. The team is particularly well regarded for advising on complex, high-value transactions across CLOs, ABS, structured finance and derivatives work, often acting for major investment banks, private credit funds and sponsors.
The team has expanded over the last year, with some significant partner hires and are now looking to expand at the associate level. They are keen to speak to associates who have gained experience in one or more of their key areas which are CLOs, structured finance or derivatives. They are open to UK and overseas qualified associates.
