The group is particularly well known for its work defending follow-on, hybrid, and stand-alone claims across multiple jurisdictions, as well as high-profile proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal. They regularly act for major global corporates, advising on sophisticated, multijurisdictional disputes and strategic risk management.
