ECB Star are working closely with a London headquartered international law firm. As part of their on-going growth strategy, the firm is looking for an experienced finance lawyer to join their expanding Leveraged Finance team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE within leverage finance and be looking to take a step up into a Managing Associate position.
The role will involved working closely with the firms leveraged finance partners in London and will involve collaboration with Private Equity team and their clients as well. The team advise banks, private credit funds and other lenders, sponsors and portfolio companies on all aspects of financing transactions – from origination, negotiation and documentation to closing. As a firm, they are well known for their expertise in leveraged and acquisition finance, especially advising on bespoke complex transactions.
