An elite US law firm is seeking an exceptional Leveraged Finance lawyer to join its highly successful and rapidly expanding London team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside market-leading finance partners in a practice that has established itself as a genuine force in the mid-market private capital space, acting on some of the most sophisticated and complex financing transactions across Europe.
The Practice
The team advises sponsors, borrowers, private credit funds and lenders on a broad range of debt financing matters, including:
- Leveraged buyouts
- Direct lending transactions
- Cross-border syndicated financings
- Refinancings and recapitalisations
Clients include leading private equity sponsors and some of the most active names in the private credit and asset management markets.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and increasing deal flow, the team is looking to add a senior lawyer at Counsel or established Partner level.
Candidate Profile
- Strong leveraged finance experience gained at a leading international, US or Magic Circle firm
- Experience advising sponsors, borrowers, direct lenders and/or credit funds
- Excellent technical and commercial skills
