We are actively seeking Financial Services executive search Practice Leaders to lead the firm’s expansion across the following markets in the US & UK: Fintech, Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management and Real Estate. The Practice leader will oversee strategy, business development, and delivery of senior-level assignments (Managing Director, C-suite, and Board roles), while growing, managing and mentoring a high-performing team. These roles are central to the firm’s growth in financial services, requiring deep market insight, client advisory capabilities, and operational excellence. These positions are ideal for a seasoned executive search professional with a strong track record in financial services who thrives in a strategic, client-facing leadership role and brings a player/coach mindset to team development.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the strategic growth plan for your market of expertise
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, associates, and researchers
- Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives and institutional clients
- Oversee delivery of Managing Director, C-suite, and Board-level search assignments
- Promote operational excellence and ensure adherence to ECB STAR’s search methodology
- Represent the firm externally through thought leadership, industry events, and client advisory
