Senior Restructuring Strategic Knowledge Counsel | Elite NY Law Firm London
Exceptional opportunities like this rarely come to market.
A leading global law firm is seeking a senior restructuring lawyer (typically 7+ PQE) to join its European Restructuring team in a newly created non-fee-earning Counsel position.
Working directly with one of the market's leading restructuring partners, you'll sit at the centre of the European stressed and distressed credit market, helping drive business development, market intelligence, client engagement, thought leadership, training, knowledge management and AI initiatives.
This is an opportunity to remain immersed in the highest-profile restructurings, liability management exercises and special situations mandates, whilst moving beyond the traditional fee-earning model.
Top-of-market compensation
High-profile strategic role with genuine influence
Exposure to leading credit funds, sponsors and financial advisers
International platform with regular interaction across Europe, the US and Asia
Excellent fit for a senior Associate, Counsel or experienced PSL looking for something different
For lawyers who enjoy the commercial side of restructuring as much as the legal analysis, this offers a genuinely unique career path.
