I am working with an international firm who are looking to hire a mid-senior level associate to join their growing ECM and public companies team. The work spans ECM and public/private M&A. The team sits within a well-established corporate platform offering very high quality work. Recent matters include high profile IPOs, takeover bids and listings on the AIM and Main Market.

There is plenty of responsibility on offer and the successful candidate will be able to take a leading role in transactions, while benefitting from excellent training and great progression opportunities.
