The Opportunity
The firm has built a strong reputation advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, founders, management teams, public and private businesses, and financial institutions across a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions. With a significant international footprint and deep sector expertise, the corporate team advises on:
- Private equity investments and exits
