Our Legal Private Practice team is expanding, and we are seeking talented individuals from Researcher through to Director level to join our UK Practice. ECB STAR partners with leading UK Top 100, US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, and international law firms across London, EMEA and global legal hubs. As part of our research-driven, globally connected recruitment model, you will contribute to the identification, engagement, and placement of high-calibre legal professionals from newly qualified solicitors through to senior associate/Counsel levels.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Experience within legal or professional services recruitment is advantageous but not essential for Junior roles

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset and commitment to excellence
