This award-winning team is known for its highly commercial approach, innovative deal structuring, and deep market insight across GP-led transactions, LP portfolio sales, continuation vehicles, preferred equity solutions, and complex cross-border restructurings.
The team are in growth mode across the US, Paris and London. In London, the team are keen to hire a 4-9 PQE Funds associate who has gained experience in Secondaries matters. Experience in GP stakes would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
