About the Role
As our eCommerce Senior Content Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising website content to support a seamless customer journey. From product listings to promotional campaigns, you will play a key role in how our brand is experienced online.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
- Lead content strategy for the website, aligning with broader marketing and commercial goals.
- Own the content calendar, coordinating product launches, seasonal campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
- Analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to align content with business priorities.
- Champion UX and conversion optimisation, working with design and development teams to improve the customer journey.
- Maintain and update product listings (descriptions, specs, images, pricing).
- Upload and manage promotional banners, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor product availability and manage discontinued or out-of-stock items.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to gather accurate content and assets.
- Support marketing with publishing blog posts, landing pages, and seasonal collections.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior eCommerce, digital content, or merchandising role.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into content plans.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimisation.
- Confident using CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to edit/resize images using tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Organised, with strong time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) and product data.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive — you take ownership and pride in your work.
- A team player with great communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
