Responsibilities
- Support Head of IR re quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and SEC disclosure support.
- Support Head of IR to manage and develop relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and the financial media.
- Provide market intelligence, peer benchmarking, and investor sentiment insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate investor events, non-deal roadshows, and conference participation.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in investor relations, equity research, asset management or corporate finance (automotive, technology, or industrial sectors preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering; CFA preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation, and SEC disclosure requirements.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills; confident engaging with senior executives and global investors.
- University educated.
- Existing relationships with buy side is a plus.
- Background in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance or asset management.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with stakeholders who use these languages.
- Must be willing / able to work in-office 3-4 days per week.
