Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of financial control and Finance Business Partner (FBP) duties for overseas business segments.
- Deliver professional financial analysis and strategic support to commercial, supply chain and cross-functional teams.
- Support core business decision-making.
- Act as the key bridge between finance and business lines, coordinating closely with overseas regional teams and group finance departments (tax, treasury, financial reporting) to align financial strategies with overall business development goals.
- Lead full-cycle annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly rolling forecasting covering revenue, profit and cash flow.
- Track budget variance, analyse core driving factors and put forward targeted improvement measures.
- Build and optimize multi-dimensional profitability analysis systems by product, customer and project.
- Release regular analysis reports and promote profit promotion and efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee pricing mechanism review, conduct financial feasibility assessment, risk early warning and compliance review for key contracts, new investment projects and overall business models.
- Oversee overseas financial internal control and full compliance with local regulations and corporate accounting policies.
- Mitigate financial risks and optimize business processes.
- Lead team management and cooperate with IT to upgrade financial systems and data dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors; professional certifications including CPA, ACCA, CMA are highly preferred.
- 10+ years of working experience in financial control, management accounting or manufacturing finance, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated experience in overseas finance management or business partnering.
- Background in automotive, high-end manufacturing, technology hardware or supply chain industry; experience in multinational corporations is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of overseas business operation logic, with strong business acumen, strategic thinking and comprehensive capability in budget management, profit analysis and process optimization.
- Fluent English as working language, capable of efficient cross-cultural communication, negotiation and presentation with overseas stakeholders and senior management at all levels.
- Proficient in SAP full modules (FICO, CO-PA, SD, MM) and advanced Excel; familiar with BI tools; equipped with strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership and adaptability to fast-paced international working environment.
