Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the investor relations department and support the SVP, Head of IR & Corporate Development.
- Prepare and update core IR materials, including earnings scripts, fact sheets, FAQs and investor presentations.
- Lead end-to-end preparation and process for quarterly earnings events and manage analyst consensus.
- Track, analyze and report investor changes and provide regular IR insights to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and Regulation FD principles.
- Coordinate and manage external providers and advisors as needed.
- Supervise and lead the London-based Investor Relations Associate.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of investor relations experience at a US-listed company or US-based IR advisory firm.
- Hands-on experience in preparing earnings materials, investor presentations and disclosure documents.
- Solid knowledge of US securities regulations, public company disclosure practices and Regulation FD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with ability to deeply understand business and drive independent judgment.
- High proficiency in using AI tools to generate insights and improve work efficiency.
- Eager to take more responsibilities, grow rapidly and add strategic value in a fast-paced tech company.
